Less is More…

Sometimes, less really is more. Eliminating harmful influences from our environment can do a lot more good than adding things to repair the damage.
Less processed food is not only less toxic, it is more nutritious and most times much less expensive.
Less packaging means fewer endocrine disrupting chemicals in contact with our food, and in the environment… and fragrance free products also reduce the load of gender bending chemical exposure in our lives.
Less stress is a good thing, too. One way to reduce stress is to have less on our calendar. Doing less (and enjoying it more) can really pay off. If we do so much that our health suffers, then not only do we end up doing less anyway, but we feel miserable, too.
Less worry, less fear, less illness…
